Account and access
Registration is currently for adults aged 18 or older. Use accurate account information and protect your credentials. Creating an adult account does not establish guardianship. Some platform services remain in development and availability can change.

Counsellor service policy
Counsellors must represent qualifications and experience accurately, work within their competence and applicable professional rules, protect student confidentiality, respect consent, disclose conflicts and avoid guaranteed outcomes. Verification requires evidence review by authorised staff. Staff and counsellors must use multi-factor authentication for protected operations. Approved status may be suspended where review or safety concerns arise.
Current service limits
This release supports exploration, private reflection, a personal workspace and mutually accepted counselling messages. Paid bookings, under-18 accounts and bulk institutional reporting are not enabled. This is not an emergency or crisis service. Institutional deployment and any licensed psychometric testing require a separate agreed scope and review.
