Your reflections, worksheet notes, plans and counselling messages are private account information.
What we collect and why
Supabase provides account authentication and stores your profile, policy acknowledgments, assessment responses and results, bookmarks, worksheets, tasks, connection requests and counselling messages. We use these records to provide the features you choose. Security and moderation records help protect accounts and investigate reports. Do not include identity documents, financial details or information you do not need to share in worksheets or messages.
Who can see your information
A counsellor sees your display name, headline and introduction when you request a connection. Accepted conversations are visible to both participants. Your assessment results and private workspace are not automatically shared through a connection. Authorised staff may access relevant records for verification, moderation, security privacy requests and delivery of the complete assessment service. Assessment staff can see personal intake, responses, written reflections and section calculations, including for free attempts. School staff do not automatically receive access. This is a preview service; a final retention schedule and institutional agreements must be settled before a wider relaunch.
Complete-assessment records and erasure
We save the person’s name, age in years, optional class or grade, institution and country, form version, responses, written reflections, timestamps, school-code entitlement and calculated results. These records are linked to the signed-in account. A guardian-managed account can contain separate records for children they legally care for.
Use “Erase assessment records” on an assessment page to remove that participant and their raw answers, intake and individual reports, including a pending access request. Submitting an account-deletion request immediately removes these new complete-assessment records; other account records still follow staff fulfilment. We retain unlinked monthly completion counts, not individual score vectors. Code seat counts stay consumed after erasure. Minimal account-closure and declared-minor flags may remain to prevent reactivation or age-check bypass, until the shared login is deleted or eligibility is reviewed.
Progress is saved to the server after changes. Unsaved answers stay only in the page’s memory; they are not written to browser storage. Wait for “All changes saved” before closing. A device shared with other people should be signed out after use.
Choices and requests
You can delete tasks and worksheets, remove bookmarks, block a connection, sign out, or submit an account export or deletion request. A request is recorded for staff fulfilment; submission is not immediate deletion. Existing security and legal obligations may affect fulfilment. Students aged 13–17 can request supervised assessment access; it activates only after staff verify the required consent. For children aged 10–12, a parent or legal guardian uses an adult account. Assessment consent does not unlock private messaging, video or paid services for minors.
